Comments: Do NOT rent from this person. You may think, "Aaaah it'll be ok. Nothing will happen." You will learn the hard way if you do. The owner, Hellen Ross, is a slum lord. She screws people over in what ever way she can. You rent from this person, and you will most likely encounter serious problems. She knows very little about the American way of life and/or could care less. She's very unethical. You rent from this person and you'll find yourself in court, I promise. You work for this person and she'll with hold money from you knowing darn well that you are unlikely to go to court in effort to collect, because it's risky buisness. A class action lawsuit of some sort should be taken agains this individual to prevent her continued mistreatment of individuals. She could be promoting prosperity but instead, she lets greed be her motive in ALL things. She has an F with the Better Business Bureau; anyone that I have talked to that knows her, has nothing but bad negative things to say about her; she is completely unreasonable and irrational. Don't be fooled into any dealings with this individual.

I am so upset with the owner of this building, she is one of the worst people I have met in my whole life and I used to work in prison!! company failed to provide copy of lease upon renting apartment. Company trying to get him to sign different lease agreement than what was promised in original agreement. The company owner, Helen, kept promising to bring him the lease to sign but she gave excuse after excuse. Now she is attempting to get him to sign a lease agreement that has completely different terms that what he was promised when he paid the deposit for the apt. He was promised a monthly rate of $1,250 for one year along with a “move-in special” where he had his first month free. Helen is now changing the monthly rent to $1,275 w/ no free first month’s rent. He also states he did some work for this company and was promised that his pay would be deducted from the rent and he provided her with copies of work sheets but is now claiming she never got them. The owner is performing unethical business practices. Ms. Ross, is engaging in fraud. Their response is ridiculous and untrue, as I have several witnesses including my wife who was present during the oral contracts for the magazine, complex and move-in special of the 1st month.

The owner of this company is a crazy old lady, who pretends to be very nice and polite until you sign the lease or contract. Once the tenants sign the lease, and you pay the money she doesn't care about the tenants. And if you have paid her the deposit then you better forget about that money! Her apartments are in such hell condition that it has zero maintenance. That's because she keeps changing the manager or management companies every week or so. If you sign a lease of one year, you will be lucky enough to see at least 40-50 managers before you move out! That's because She never wants to pay to any of the managers, and when it is time to pay them she will fire them. If they don't move out, she would call the police! You should move here if you never had been to court! That's because she would take you to court even if you pay your rent. It happened with one of my neighbour. She took them to court (though they have paid their rent), and then after few days, before the hearing date she withdrew the case! I should say this is the worst apartment I have ever lived!

I really dont know what this owner is upto, but i know and the tenants know she is upto no good.I have seen in the last six months at least 20-25 managers and management companies hear they come and go she does not want to pay them,The last manager here was a hard worker but when it was time to pay him she fired him and called the downey police to get him off the property, even the gardeners are looking for there pay.There is so much stress living here alot do move out but some just cant we dont have the money to leave. I really feel bad for the tenants here they are very nice, but when she steps on to her property everyone goes inside to avoid her now thats really sad,I wouldnt treat my dog this way how she treats her tenants,

Falsely advertises on Craiglist with misleading ads about playgrounds and security but she paints over mold and the wood structure she calls a playground is rot infested and unihabitable. The city came here and tried to shut her down and take away her property. People and vendors show up every day trying to collect their money but she makes up excuses and never pays them. She makes people buy her supplies and materials and never pays them back. there comes new managers all the time. They stay until they figure out she won't pay them then they leave.Crazy lady makes life hell for everyone. One manager called police on her 2 times. He was good. She is really bad.
