I worked for Helen Ross as an onsite manager for two weeks through 2011 Christmas and she terminated my job on 1/2/12, and locked me out of the office/resident unit in 611 Sierra Vista Ave, Alhambra. When the police came, she told the police that I was a homeless and she did not know me. I told the police that it was she that gave me the key, and she told the police that she did not know how I had the key. She did not pay me anything yet. We had signed the job contract and the tenancy contract but she did not give me a copy. When I asked for a copy of the contracts later, she said we did not have contracts. I did not know how the US laws allow this woman to devastate her tenants and employees.

DeleteThese people just took my money and won't give it back 3500 they got me living on their run down apt Barbara says the manager who scammed me wasn't a manager when she took my money according to their new manager she was and Dr lui who sends us to her now I see they do this alot I will look for a lawyer

Deletei live at the harvard villa apts she owns and its the same thing. we pay and never get receipts or copies of anything. then she gives you a 3 day notice. she gave over 30 3 day notices one time. every door had one.its gotten really bad at these apartments with her and the people shes letting move in. they are breaking windows and breaking into the washer and dryers, we no longer have any way to wash clothes at the apartment and it has been that way for months now. there are holes in the walkway that were covered up with a piece of plywood. there are cats with fleas all over the place. trash everywhere. i am looking to get out right now before she tries to give me an eviction. multiple tenants have not paid her due to her not being there to give receipts and for the way things have gotten there. i have seen eviction notices on empty apartments as well. we have new managers every month. and she stick to the same lies that they were stealing or they were sick or didnt want to work for minimum wage. really? they didnt want to work? and then you have her sex offender son who showed up one day. when i went over there to discuss the problem of me paying and receiving a 3 day notice he was rude as can be and made claims that i let my family members cash the money orders and was asking me where the money was and calling me the liar!!!. if it wasnt for my family and not wanting to go to jail i would have slapped his dumb hat off of him. these people are con artists and its so sad considering her age. worst experience i ever had in my life. this weekend im going to look for a new place and hope i can leave.someone help!!!
